Ok, I'm going to be truthful here...anyone that knows me knows that I DREAD EXERCISE!!!
I have no rhythm for aerobics and honestly don't even walk my dog. He walks himself on my treadmill. Don't believe me? Check out this video HA!
I'm the exerciser excuser and do whatever I can to avoid exercising ;)
And yes, I do have a 2 year gym membership but it takes almost 3 hours out of my day to go there... I have to get dressed, drive there, do my workout, drive home and then shower before I got back to work. And lately I honestly can't find that 3 hour block in my work day for the gym!
But with Susie's help and encouragement, I don't mind exercising. Besides, its only a few minutes a day to put in at my office desk so it's no hassle for me at all. I actually look forward to it each day...go figure!!!
